When you schedule an appointment, a time is reserved in our calendar exclusively for you to meet with one of our event coordinators where they will provide you with a tour of the event spaces and prepare a formal custom quote for your event. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule using the link in the confirmation email you receive when you book, or contact us via email, phone call, or social media DMs.

Please respect the time that our coordinators take out of their day for these appointments. We have noticed an increase in no-shows without notice, but we want to continue to be able to offer venue tours free of charge.
